Preparations in place for Pakistan Mega Leather Show

The Pakistan Tanners’ Association (PTA) is finalising its arrangements for hosting the fifth Pakistan Mega Leather Show in Lahore from January 27-29. It has said local and overseas companies are buying up stand space and even management organisations are in the process of bidding to help run the event.

Co-organisers with the PTA are the Pakistan Footwear Manufacturers Association (PFMA), Pakistan Gloves Manufacturers & Exporters Association (PGMEA) and Pakistan Leather Garments & Exporters Association (PLGMEA) and the Trade Development Authority.

Hassan Javed of Service Industries has been elected chairman of PFMA for 2018–19. Jawad Mussadiq of Urban Sole will be the senior vice-chairman and Muhammad Zubair of UE vice-chairman.
