Leather plays its part in Belstaff-McLaren collection

The creative teams of the two brands have pooled their design expertise to create 10 outerwear items for men and a further three pieces for women. Each item has been designed to allow for a full range of movement, allowing them to be worn behind the wheel and beyond the car. This has been achieved thanks to ergonomic seam lines and the use of stretch fabrics.
Leather also plays its part, featuring in a stylish driving jacket (pictured). It is crafted from supple lambskin for comfort, with the addition of a low-profile neck and underarm stretch panels for freedom of movement. There is also a padded shoulder detail, designed with the wearing of a seatbelt in mind.
The Belstaff X McLaren collection launched on November 6 in the UK, Europe and the US. The products will be available in Asia from early 2019.
