Bentley changes Americas chief executive

Bentley Motors has named Christophe Georges as the new chief executive of its Americas division. He will replace Mark del Rosso, who recently moved to Audi. He will be based in Reston, Virginia.

This will be Mr Georges’s second spell leading the luxury automotive brand’s business in the Americas; he previously held the post between 2007 and 2015, when he became the company’s global director for product and marketing.

Bentley said it was glad to welcome Mr Georges back to the role at a time when it is embarking on “the most intensive period of new model introductions” in its history.

There are 61 Bentley retailers throughout the Americas with the corporate headquarters in Reston. The region is one of Bentley’s most important markets, accounting for more than 20% of global sales.
