Trumpler to boost finishing business with Langro-Chemie acquisition

Trumpler to boost finishing business with Langro-Chemie acquisition
Leather chemicals group Trumpler has reached an agreement to acquire the leather finishing business of Stuttgart-based Langro-Chemie Theo Lang.

Langro-Chemie brings more than 85 years’ experience of leather finishing chemicals into the Trumpler fold. Trumpler has an established line of finishing products already and the company said on making the announcement that its acquisition of Langro-Chemie “will serve to strengthen and grow the product range, experience, presence and position in the leather finishing market”.

Combined staff numbers will be more than 380 people and combined sales revenues will be around €120 million per year.
