New brand name for Xeros’ tanning technology

Polymer-bead technology pioneer Xeros has given a new brand name for the technology it is offering to the leather industry to help tanners reduce their use of water and chemicals.

Its tanning technology division will now be known as Qualus, or Qualus - Sustainable Tanning Technologies by Xeros, to give it its full billing.

Qualus’s global director, Vikrant Pratap, will speak at the Innovation Square feature, which will be part of Lineapelle for the first time next month. The event takes place in Milan from 25-27 September.
