Thai tanner CPL to increase production by 40%

Reports in Asia say Thai leather manufacturer CPL is investing $3.75 million in an expansion programme.

Business publication Nikkei Asian Review has quoted CPL as saying it intends to increase output at its tannery in Samutprakarn Province, near Bangkok, taking it to levels of 325,000 square-metres per month.
