Roobik Khodabakhshian has died

For years, Mr Khodabakhshian worked to build connections between leather manufacturers and technology providers in Iran and Italy, dividing his time between both places.
As well as his role with World Leather, he also represented a number of Italian tanning technology companies in Iran and was highly regarded by many in the industry.
On learning of his death, colleagues in Iran and Europe spoke warmly of Mr Khodabakhshian’s dedication to hard work, integrity and generosity.
