Substantial increase in visitor numbers at Pakistan Mega Leather Show

Organisers of the fourth Pakistan Mega Leather Show, which took place in Lahore at the end of January, have announced that visitor attendance at the 2018 event increased by 80% compared to the previous year.

The Pakistan Tanners’ Association and other organisers said visitor numbers were as high as 14,000 people per day compared to 8,000 last year. There were also more exhibitors with 500 companies taking part this time compared to 450 in 2017.

They also said visitors from outside Pakistan were up by between 30% and 40% this time around.
