Leather industry leaders from a number of regions of Turkey have spoken of high hopes among the country’s tanners for the forthcoming exhibitions.

Reports from Turkey suggest tanners from clusters such as Istanbul, Gerede, Corlu, Bursa and Usak will travel in good numbers to Milan for the first edition of 2018 of Lineapelle (February 20-22).

Spokespeople for the clusters at Bursa and Usak in particular have said their member companies, following several years of declining sales, hope to pick up new ideas and to refresh their creativity at the Milan event and for this inspiration to continue when the industry moves on to Hong Kong for the 2018 edition of APLF (March 14-16).
