Norwegian leathergoods brand HVRMNNSN has been celebrating sightings of its bags at New York Fashion Week in early September.

HVRMNNSN spotted its new oversized It-Bag several times in the course of the event, with model Romee Strijd (pictured) among those seen carrying it. Elsewhere, model and actress Olivia Culpo was spotted carrying another HVRMNNSN, the Nude Icon, outside one of the catwalk shows.

“Both bags demonstrate Scandinavian design, oversized dimensions and what HVRMNNSN describes as a sustainable fashion statement,” the brand said afterwards, “as the bags are hand-sewn at a 140-year-old family-run tannery in Sweden, with organic, traceable, vegetable tanned leather.”

The tannery in question is Tärnsjö Garveri, the only tannery in the world that can supply certified organic leather.
