Tata International MD wins award for international trade

The organisers of a series of events in the Indian state of Maharashtra to celebrate global trade have announced Noel Tata, managing director of Tata International, as the winner of an award for heads of business.

They presented the award in Mumbai in May. Tata International’s long history of exporting leather and leathergoods is one of the factors in what the organisers called its “outstanding performance in international trade”.
