Zünd acquires its UK distributor

Cutting technology provider has announced that its its official distribution and service partner in the UK, Zünd Plotting Systems, has become a subsidiary of the company, with Stuart Cole named as managing director. Zünd UK has been the Swiss company’s official distributor since 1993.

At the time of the announcement, Stuart Cole said: “On a day-to-day basis, our customers won’t see any change to the service provided. The acquisition will strengthen our position commercially ensuring future stability and help us to continue our UK growth. As a result, we are on an immediate recruitment drive to grow our engineering and sales forces to further improve our service quality and capability.”
