Stoppage at LVMH leathergoods factories as workers demand pay rise
06/04/2017
After 15 years without industrial action, luxury leathergoods group LVMH witnessed worker protests on April 5 as employees at factories in different parts of France held a one-hour demonstration to ask for an increase in salary.
A number of different trade unions encouraged workers to take part. The protest happened just as LVMH was finalising salaries for the coming year.
