Tata Motors and Volkswagen to examine strategic partnership in India

Tata Motors has signed a memorandum of understanding with Volkswagen to “explore long-term strategic cooperation in clearly-defined fields and possibilities for a strategic partnership in India”. Skoda is to lead the project for Volkswagen.

The two groups will define the details of their co-operation in the coming months.
