Leather contributes to fall in export prices for Uruguay

It groups leather together with textiles and clothing in its monthly export performance reports and said export prices in this sector were down by 2.1% in January 2017 compared to the same month last year.
“The poor performance of the export price for leather resulted in this year-on-year fall,” CIU said.
