Extra space required at Pakistan leather show

The chief executive of the Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP), SM Muneer, has said the organisers of the Pakistan Mega Leather Show had to extend the exhibition area for the third edition, which took place in Lahore from January 27-29.

Mr Muneer said visitor numbers were between 3,000 and 4,000, with 200 people arriving from outside Pakistan. He said total exhibitor numbers of 800 meant the organisers had had to put together extra space to accommodate all participants.

China, Italy, Spain, Turkey, France, UK, South Korea, South Africa, New Zealand, Vietnam and Hong Kong were among the overseas countries represented at the event.
