New chairman for Pakistan Footwear Manufacturers’ Association

Javed Iqbal Siddiqui of Stylo Shoes has been elected chairman of the Pakistan Footwear Manufacturers Association (PFMA) for 2016-2017, with Mansoor Ehsan Sheikh of Ahsan Elahi and Hamza Hafeez of  Shafi Life Style elected as senior vice-chairman and vice-chairman, respectively.
 
Upon his election, the new chairman said that his main aim will be to foster the growth of the footwear industry. For example, he said he will seek to help member companies grow by encouraging them to invest in workforce training.
