The deadline for the 2017 Young Leather Scientist Research Grant is approaching.  Submissions for this research award need to be submitted by October 28, 2016, for review by the research commission of the IULTCS.

A grant of €1,500 will be awarded in January 2017 to a scientist under the age of 30 for research in the leather field.  IULTCS encourages leaders in the industry to bring notice of the award to any institutions and individuals who are committed to research and the advancement of understanding of leather.
