Dornbusch Gravuren business to continue under new ownership

Mönchengladbach-based engraved rollers and plates manufacturer Ungricht has acquired the operating assets of another supplier of engraved cylinders to the tanning and tanning machinery industry, Dornbusch Gravuren, which suffered an insolvency event earlier this year.

Ungricht has set up a new company, Dornbusch Engraving, under which it will run the previous Dornbusch Gravuren business.

The proprietors of Ungricht have said they want to meet current orders and to resume business operations “to their full extent”. They said they consider the traditional production techniques for the surface design of embossing rollers, together with highly qualified staff, as the strengths of Dornbusch.
