Dainese custom tour to be bigger than ever

13/09/2016
Protective clothing manufacturer Dainese has announced details of its next annual North American tour, during which customers have the opportunity to be fit for custom-made leather motorcycle apparel.

This will be the fifth North American Customer Works Tour that the Italian company has carried out, having started the programme in 2012. This year’s tour will be Dainese’s most extensive to date; it gets underway in New York City on September 30 and will take in a total of 17 locations, finishing in New Hampshire on November 5.

“No other company comes close to offering such an extensive program for motorcycle apparel that is one-of-a-kind in terms of both fit and appearance,” said Allan Jones, coordinator of North American Custom Works.

Dainese began making custom leather motorcycle clothing in 1972 in the Italian village of Molvena. The company offers customised race suits as well as leather jackets and pants.
