JBS makes senior appointment ahead of New York flotation

Packer and tanning group JBS has appointed Russ Colaco as the new chief financial officer of its JBS Foods International division.

The group is preparing to float JBS Foods International on the New York Stock Exchange.

Prior to this appointment, Russ Colaco was head of strategy at JBS in New York, having joined the group at the start of 2016. Before that, he spent almost ten years as managing director of the  investment banking division of Morgan Stanley.
