Five companies make up Pakistan’s presence at Dubai event

Four companies representing the Pakistan leather sector have taken advantage of subsidies from the country’s Trade Development Authority (TDAP) to participate at the Leather World Middle East exhibition in Dubai (May 4-6).

TDAP has set up a small Pakistan Pavilion at the event, where the four companies, Millennium International, Muhammad Ashraf & Sons, Premier Leather Pakistan Pvt Ltd and Samandra Shoe Company, will exhibit.

A fifth exhibitor from Pakistan, Firhaj Footwear, will also take part, but independently of TDAP.

Organisers of the event say they expect more than 90 exhibitors in all for this, its first edition.
