Dutch tanning machinery supplier rebrands as IM Tanning

Dongen-based Intermedia Group, which focuses on engineering, machining and tooling as well as tanning, rebranded itself IM Innovating this autumn. Its leather industry-focused division will be called IM Tanning.
At the time of the rebranding, the company also announced that Ecco’s former global manager for maintenance and projects, Kees Houtepen, has joined to become its drector of engineering and projects, although his day-to-day responsibility will be to manage another division, IM Engineering.
Marc Oomens, the group’s director of sales and marketing, will be in charge of managing IM Tanning.
“This rebranding gives a uniform look and will help to position the company in a better way for future growth,” IM Innovating said at the time of the announcement.
