Swiss technology provider Zünd has launched a new leather cutter, the L3 C-56, saying the product is specifically designed for producing top-quality leathergoods. With a working area measuring 3.2 metres by one metre, Zünd said the surface was suited to processing sides.

The cutting surface is divided into 56 individually controllable vacuum zones. Adjustable vacuum generators with a power of up to 12 kW create the necessary vacuum, helping to hold hides down and cutting more reliable, cleaner and precise.
