New MD in France for Lectra

On making the announcement, chief executive, Daniel Harari said that accelerating growth in France, its home market, was one of Lectra’s strategic aims. He said his company has a market share of more than 80% among fashion industry companies there. But he added: “Our customers today are undergoing profound changes. We are committed to supporting them in the transformation of their business models.”
He said Ms Elalouf’s business and project management skills, gained at large technology groups and at the biggest French and international companies, would be a major asset for Lectra and its customers. She was sales director in France for Microsoft and worked previously for SAP and at department store group Galeries Lafayette.
