World Leather contributor becomes full professor in leather engineering
Eser Eke Bayramoglu, who has contributed a number of technical papers to World Leather in recent years, has been named as a full professor of leather engineering at Ege University in Izmir, Turkey.

Professor Eke had been working and teaching at the university as an assistant professor since 2007.

She graduated as the top student from the university’s department of leather technology in 1993 and worked for a time as an inspector of leather for an export agency before taking up a role as a sales representative for leather chemicals manufacturer TFL.
