Tanner appointed to export promotion post in Pakistan

The prime minister of Pakistan, Nawaz Sharif, has appointed former chairman of the Pakistan Tanners’ Association, S.M. Muneer, to become the new chief executive of the country’s Trade Development Authority (TDAP).

Current leader of the tanners’ association, Shaikh Saqib Saeed Masood, welcomed the news and said he was sure Mr Muneer’s experience would help TDAP in its work to promote exports for all of Pakistan’s manufacturing sectors.
