Yorchem secures ISO9001 accreditation

Following expansion at its production and storage facility at Eaglescliffe, in the north-east of England, in 2012, the company decided to apply for ISO9001.
“We have always worked to the exacting standards required for ISO accreditation,” said managing director, Darren Strafford, on announcing the result, “but we had not found the time to register. It is not absolutely necessary to have this certification, but we felt that it would benefit us and many of our customers, who look for these qualifications to underline the perception of a quality manufacturer.”
