Blaue Engel success for Heller-Leder

Tannery of the Year in 2011, Heller-Leder, won another major honour on November 22 when it was awarded the Blauer Engel-Preis for 2013.

German organisation Blaue Engel examines companies from all backgrounds under its own strict criteria and awards environmental product status to the successful ones. Each year, it picks out particularly successful examples for the Blauer Engel-Preis award.

Heller-Leder, based in Hehlen in Lower Saxony, took the prize at an awards ceremony in Düsseldorf ahead of fellow finalists Unify and Telekom Deutschland, both communications technology companies.
