Assocalzaturifici president takes on wider accessories role

Cleto Sagripanti, president of the Italian footwear manufacturers’ association, Assocalzaturifici, is to be the new president of the Italian Federation for Personal and Fashion Accessories (FIAMP). He will hold this additional role for the next two years.

FIAMP’s areas of activity include leathergoods, jewellery and eyewear, as well as shoes.

Mr Sagripanti said he would work to build stronger ties between the makers of accessories of all kinds and the major fashion houses.

Assocalzaturifici director, Fabio Aromatici, will take on the role of general secretary of FIAMP.
