Innovation from Bergi at Tanning Tech

Bertech, the company’s automation department, will introduce a third version of its stacking system, adding the Stacker Compact to earlier models, the Soft and the Dynamic.
It describes Compact as “an easy, reliable but more economic machine for all the simple processes”.
A new throughfeed and embossing machine, the Starlux-S Vario, will also be on display. Bergi says it is ideal for garment, footwear and accessories leather, ironing hides by thickness or pressure before embossing and sandblasting. TFL has agreed to test this new machine at its facilities in Castelfranco di Sotto in Tuscany.
Also on the list of Bergi innovations are two buffing machines, Nabukka, specifically for nubuck, and Innova for light and delicate leathers.
