Growth again for Le Cuir a Paris

27/06/2013
Paris-based leather trade show Le Cuir a Paris has announced its September edition will host a greater number of exhibitors in a bigger space.

Currently, 445 exhibitors from 25 countries have confirmed their presence – 8% more than last year – including 43 exhibiting at the show for the first time.

The show’s new home in the Parc des Expositions’ Hall 3, accessory show Modamont’s former location, will satisfy the demand for larger stand space from exhibitors as it is 23% bigger than its former site.

The Italian contingent has taken 53% of stands, followed by French (16%) and Spanish (9%) companies. Other European countries make up 14% of exhibitors and overseas represent 8%, with Russia and Korea attending for the first time.

Among new exhibitors are Spanish split leather company Vidal Bosch, French furrier Philippe Beaulieu, Italian heels and soles manufacturer Tacchifficio Monti and chemical company Stahl.
