Leathergoods the strongest performer for Prada

The company said leathergoods was its strongest category, with an increase in sales of 29% for the quarter, while sales of apparel fell by 5.1% and sales of footwear by 12.2%.
Although its footwear sales were disappointing, Prada said sales of shoes made by its traditional English brand, Church’s, rose by 2.8%.
