A designer of bespoke interiors at Rolls-Royce Motors has repeated the message there is no let-up in the demand among “the world’s most discerning clients” to have high levels of hand-craftsmanship in their cars.

Speaking at a recent event in the Netherlands, Rolls-Royce Bespoke Designer, Matthew Danton, explained that in 2012, almost every Phantom sold in Europe and more than 75% of the Ghost models sold included some element of bespoke personalisation.

Rolls-Royce Motors sold 3,575 cars globally in 2012; sales in mainland Europe increased by 21% compared to 2011.
