Third Tannery of the Year book available in Hong Kong

With the third Tannery of the Year book approaching its close, with the Gala Dinner and awards ceremony scheduled for Hong Kong on March 25, World Trades Publishing, organiser of the event, has announced the publication of the corresponding third Tannery of the Year book.

The book, comprising the in-depth reports on each of the finalists in the competition for 2013, will be available to buy on the World Leather stand during the APLF exhibition (March 25-27). Tanners around the world have found the previous two editions of the book helpful because of the ideas and strategies that Tannery of the Year finalists have been generous enough to share in the course of the competition.

To supplement the tannery reports, the book also contains statistics-based snapshots of the performance of the leather industry in 11 key countries in 2012: Brazil, China, France, Germany, India, Italy, Pakistan, Spain, Turkey, the US and Vietnam. In many cases, the figures are being published for the first time in the Tannery of the Year book.

Copies of the book will also be available from World Trades Publishing after APLF closes.
