Clariant to discuss disposal of leather chemicals inventory in Pakistan

Reports from Pakistan have said specialty chemicals manufacturer Clariant will hold an extraordinary general meeting of its subsidiary there to discuss the disposal of plant, machinery, equipment and inventory at its leather chemicals factory at the Korangi industrial complex near Karachi.

The meeting will take place in Karachi on March 15.

Clariant announced at the end of 2012 that it was seeking buyers for a number of its business units, including leather.
