Made in Italy helps Ferragamo break billion-euro barrier

Luxury brand Ferragamo has announced revenues for 2012 of more than EUR 1.1 billion. This represents an increase of 17% compared to the figures for 2011.

The company said on releasing the results that its commitment to “top-quality products [with leathergoods and footwear among the most prominent components of its collections] and Made in Italy values” had helped it become a billion-euro brand.

By the end of 2012, Ferragamo had more than 3,000 employees and a network of more than 600 single-brand store worldwide.
