Beijing meeting for Chinese and Taiwanese leather associations

A meeting took place in Beijing on December 12 between the Taiwanese Leather Association (TLA) and the China Leather Industry Association (CLIA).

Fifteen delegates from Taiwan, headed by Shi Rongchuan, president of Taiwanese Leather Association, travelled to Beijing for the meeting.

CLIA president, Su Chaoying, said ties and communications between the two organisations were strong.

Topics for discussion included waste management, clean production and restrictions in beamhouse activities.
