Igualada and Sichuan sign student-exchange deal

Spain’s tanning industry training centre in Igualada, near Barcelona, has signed a new agreement with the University of Sichuan in China.

Under the agreement, students from Sichuan will be able to complete a master’s in leather leather engineering at Igualada, with the Polytechnic University of Catalonia (Barcelona Tech) as the degree-awarding body.

By the same token, master’s students at Igualada will be able to spend one semester studying clean technology for leather manufacturing at Sichuan.
