Revamp for BIFF & BIL 2013

Organisers of Bangkok International Fashion Fair and Bangkok International Leather Fair (BIFF & BIL) have added more events to the calendar and revamped the layout, which they say will make March’s edition “the most special ever”.

For the first time there will be a designer hall to add to the leathergoods, footwear, textiles, garments and accessories zones, where young designers will display their works and products.

Srirat Rastapana, director-general of the Department of International Trade Promotion in Thailand’s Ministry of Commerce and an organiser of the event, said: "The upcoming BIFF&BIL 2013 will be the most special ever. In addition to being the regional showcase of fashion and leathergoods, the event will reveal a new face-lift. The designer hall will be in a separate zone, filled with creative works of both Thai and ASEAN designers.”

Added attractions include a business matching service, a fashion show and a trend forum - a display of innovation and production technology for the textile and leather industries.

The fair will run from March 13 to 17 at Challenger 1-2, IMPACT in Muang Thong Thani, Thailand.
