New Bergi models reflect past heritage

Italian provider of tanning machinery Bergi will use the exhibition as a platform for introducing updated models of some of its newest products, including the Innova buffing machine, the Superseven ironing and embossing machine and the Dynamic stacker.

Bergi says these machines have been designed to offer high productivity, reduced maintenance and cost-cutting.

The Innova machine addresses the problems associated with buffing and de-dusting small and delicate hides and skins, Bergi says. It is the successor to the company’s Selecta machine.

For its part, the Superseven reflects the heritage of the Superpress machine. The new model retains the characteristics of the previous machine, but many of its parts have been “rationalised and standardised” to reduce costs. It uses the same rollers as the Superpress for the 3200 mm size and the same rollers as the Kombipress machine for the models going from 1800 mm to 3100 mm.

Finally, it says the Dynamic is a stacker that can be adapted to any type of production, from wet blue to finished leather. It offers high levels of safety, productivity, precision and quality, Bergi says.
