Chrysler teams up with fashion designer for limited editions

After an initial collaboration for a charity edition in March, carmaker Chrysler has joined forces with clothing designer John Varvatos to create two luxury sedans that will soon be available to the public.

The 2013 Chrysler 300C John Varvatos Limited Edition will feature pewter metallic leather seats with grey and black stitching to match one of Varvatos' leather jackets. The instrument panel has been redesigned to match the brand's watch design, including a pearlescent white face with black bezels.

The Luxury Edition has two colour options for the nappa leather seats – black or dark mocha – and features hand-sanded, matte-finished mocha wood accents.

Both feature a leather-covered heated steering wheel, which is finished with grey thread and titanium chrome accents for added detail.

The luxury edition will be in showrooms from the fourth quarter of this year, while the limited edition will be on sale at the start of 2013.
