LuxeYard to acquire high-end leather furniture brand
Flash sale website LuxeYard has signed an agreement to acquire Bari Leather Furniture, an ecommerce website specialising in high-end leather furniture.
Following the acquisition, Bari Leather Furniture co-presidents Lou Ferris and Tom Tilaro will continue to manage the Bari brand. The company has projected revenues of approximately $10 million for 2012.
