China: leather sector companies in top 100

Tanners on the list include Gansu Hongliang Leather, highly commended in the second Tannery of the Year programme, which concluded in 2012. Zhejiang Zhonghui is also on the list.
Leather footwear manufacturers Belle International, Weihai Golden Monkey, Aokang, Anta, Qiaodan, Poland Kangnai, and Xuebao made up the full complement of leather sector companies.
Each received an award from the president of the China Leather Industry Association, Mr Su Chaoying, at a special event in Beijing on June 6.
