Vietnamese firms aim to approach the US market

A conference about approaching the US market was held on 11 April, 2012, in Ha Noi, Vietnam. Organised by the Vietnam Textile and Apparel Association (Vitas) and the Vietnam Leather and Footwear Association (Lefaso), the conference was titled ‘New opportunities to approach the US market’.

 

The event was organised to coincide with a visit by Jessie Zhang, business development manager of Tiger Trade, who is in charge of foreign customers at the US Sourcing at MAGIC trade show.

 

At the conference, Vietnamese enterprises operating in textiles and footwear wee provided with updated US market information, purchasing trend reports and new opportunities to approach small and medium sized distributors in the US.
