New Tom Barrington leathergoods line features bright colours

“Because we are a specialty design brand, it is easy for us to develop leather products in a broad selection of colors — something that might be too risky for larger more established brands,” said Tom Barrington, the company’s owner and namesake.
The creation of Tom Barrington leathergoods came about when Mr Barrington was searching for a colorful leather case for his iPhone. He realised that there were very few colour options available in quality leather mobile phone cases. After several months of researching the leathergoods industry, he decided to create his own line of colourful handmade leather mobile phone cases.
Mr Barrington had previously been involved with leather working, making hand-tooled belts, wallets and other small leathergoods. By combining this knowledge with nearly six months of research, he created a leathergoods brand that offers a wide range of colours.
The new leather accessories line includes brightly-colored cases for Apple iPhone 4, Blackberry and Galaxy S mobile phones, made using a variety of exotic leathers, including stingray, ostrich, crocodile, tilapia and pony.
