Tannery honoured in Brazilian Women in Business prize

The tannery, Couro de Peixe Ryo & Mar, is run as a collective by women in the small town on the river and it was in a special category for collectives that it received recognition.
President of the collective, Angela Maria Sfendrych, received an individual nomination for the award. She said afterwards that the competition gave her the chance to give an account of the experiences of the women who set up the tannery.
