Le Cuir À Paris opens

In all, 287 exhibitors, mostly tanners, representing 20 different countries travelled to Paris to take part. These included 17 first-time exhibitors.
Italy had the highest number of participants, with 52% of all exhibitors coming from there. Host country France was next with 19%, followed by Spain with 12%. Of the companies taking part, 7% were from outside Europe.
A total of 62% of exhibitors were displaying finished leathers for the spring-summer 2013 fashion season. A further 9% of exhibitors had exotic leather on show.
