Leathergoods and footwear sales up sharply for Ferragamo

Sales results for the year registered EUR 986.5 million, which represents an increase of 26.2% comparaed to 2010 and of 59.2% compared to 2009.
Throughout the brand’s retail chain, like-for-like sales were up by 16.4% in 2011 compared to the year before. In terms of product types, footwear registered growth of 32.6% while bags and other leathergoods were up by 26.8%. Together, footwear and leathergoods represented 74% of all of the group’s sales.
