China: leather industry profits were $6.7b in first 10 months

The total value of profits achieved by China’s leather industry amounted to $6.7 billion during the first ten months of the last year, representing an increase of 31.5% year-on-year, according to the China Leather Industry Association (CLIA).
The biggest contribution came from the leather industry in Fuijan province, according to the CLIA, which accounted for 26.6% of the total profits.
